Candidate Processing
Application, Test, and Test Results
The ACRB has adopted the policy of describing the process for applicants to follow upon the “application” which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Where and what records are needed to be retrieved from course administrators
Records of past level test
The location of where the records and application must be sent
Telephone and facsimile number and website location for inquiries
Record keeping responsibilities of ACRB
Confidentiality policy for scoring results of applicants
Testing fee and dues

Processing requirements for maintaining Active Status
The ACRB has adopted a yearly recertification process to express continual competence for all ACRB level providers and diplomates. The step and information needed to satisfy yearly recertification along with the penalty that may result by not fulfilling the recertification process will be provided in written a form. This form will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Name and address of the ACRB level provider or diplomate
Telephone and facsimile number and website location for inquiries
Recertification fee amount
Location and address of where to send reply information
